These terms govern the commission and purchase of cold-porcelain works and masterclasses offered by Svetlana Zamushinskaya through this website.
1. General
This document is a public offer. By placing a request or an order you accept these terms. The seller is Svetlana Zamushinskaya (Tax ID 234206780518), Moscow, Russia.
2. Subject
The seller creates bespoke handmade works from cold porcelain to order and provides online and in-person masterclasses. Each work is individual and made by hand.
3. Placing an order
An order begins with a request. Composition, sizes, colour palette, finishing and price are agreed individually before work starts. Because every piece is made to order, the final look may vary slightly from reference images.
4. Price & payment
The price is confirmed before work begins. Bespoke orders require a 50% or 100% deposit. Payment is made via YooKassa (Russia) or Stripe (international) using the details provided after the order is agreed.
5. Production time
A commission typically takes two to six weeks depending on complexity. The estimated timeline is confirmed with each order.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available worldwide — by courier within Moscow, via Russian Post and CDEK across Russia, and by international carriers abroad. Each work is packed securely for transit.
7. Returns & restoration
As bespoke handmade items are made individually, returns are handled case by case — if anything is not right, contact us and we will find a solution. Many kinds of damage can be repaired; please reach out before doing anything else.
8. Intellectual property
All works, photographs and texts on this site are the property of the author and may not be used without permission.
9. Liability
The seller is not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including the actions of delivery services or force majeure.
